Falling Back in Love with Yourself All 2020
Before we get started with this Note to Soul session we're going to open up with an affirmation:
Inhale for 3 seconds and release. Now recite this affirmation as many times your soul desires:
I love myself more than anyone can love me. I love myself, so much any person who comes after is only adding to it. Everyday I am falling back in love with myself and accepting all of my flaws. I am loved.

Now that business is taken care of, let's get started with this session.
We’re sure you’ve seen us use the term “Soulmance” since our relaunch, so we’re going to break down our meaning to you. Soulmance simply means “I am so happy and in love myself that any person who comes into my life afterwards is only adding to it” Also, it means you’re falling back in love with (insert your name). Definitions sound familiar, huh? Yep! You said them during the affirmation exercise.
We have so many ways you can fall back in love with yourself. Every example may not work for you, but at least give them a try when you see fit.
Here are 12 ways you can Fall Back In Love with YOU in 2020:
1. Recognize your flaws and accept them the way they are.
2. Show yourself gratitude every single day by pampering yourself before and after bathing, affirmations, and/or eating a good meal.
3. Embrace both your strengths and areas of improvements.
4. Take your time in relearning yourself. Your likes, dislikes, things you’re uncomfortable with, things you want for yourself, etc.
5. Go easy on yourself when you make a mistake and/or fail.
6. Take the time to forgive yourself from any past mistakes and/or failures.
7. Develop a routine for yourself daily and stick with it.
8. Treat yourself to a pedicure/manicure, massage, spa days, dinner, and other outings you may enjoy.
9. Spend time with yourself in nature. Read your favorite book and/or journal your inner thoughts
10. Write a letter to yourself and read it aloud in the mirror. It’s okay to get vulnerable! Cry if you need to. Never bottle up your emotions.
11. Say “No” to things that no longer serves your greater good.
12. LOVE ON YOURSELF EVERY DAY!
